  • In the case of Intruder Alarms fitted to BS 4737 standards, the following should be noted:- Audible only systems must be serviced once per year, and in the case of remote signaling (Monitored) Alarm Systems, a minimum of two services a year are required.

The Police Constabulary support this requirement, and look to the customer to carry out the minimum servicing needs. Maintenance of your system will reduce the possibility for false activations and it is in the general public interest to ensure as much as possible that Police attendance is provided to genuine emergencies.

Please take the time to understand the operation of your alarm system and to train all those who will use it. If in doubt please call us for assistance or additional training.
