Monitoring of your alarm system provides a contracted response to any alarm activation. This means that no matter when you need the emergency services to be called they will be. This service is designed to overcome the problem of people ignoring alarm bells.

Our monitoring provider is ready to react to any situation 24 hours a day 365 days a year. Operated and certificated to BS EN ISO 9002 you can be sure of the service.

The monitoring of system is done by the use of a telephone line or a radio link, both can used if required. When the alarm system is activated the system dials the monitoring centre and transmits your unique account code and details of the activation, (Intruder, Personal Attack, Fire, etc.) The alarm receiving centre will then put your response plans in to action.

This action needs to be defined by you, but could include the following: Call for Police attendance, Call your Key Holders, Notify CDS who will then re-set the alarm. All of this happens within seconds of the intruder being detected.
