Door access control systems
If you're seeking heightened security for your building, an access control system provides an efficient and flexible solution. By restricting access at entrances or internal and external parts of the building, these systems are a secure means of controlling access privileges of the people on a site. There are varying types of access control systems which are suitable for different environments. These include standalone systems or PC based systems.
Standalone door access
control systems
The standalone door access system is an independent unit fitted to doors in which access is gained by using either a card reader, entering an access code on a key pad or other tokens depending on the type of reader fitted. In the event of cards or codes needing to be changed and you have multiple doors with access systems fitted, you would need to re-programme every door.
PC based access control systems
We also offer a more advanced access system allowing you to control hundreds of doors via PC, making adding additional doors or changing access to parts of a building straightforward and efficient. Setting up permissions for different groups of users is simple with this system. In addition, reports can also be generated to view who accessed a particular part of the building and the time they did it.
Turn lights on when you arrive in the morning, turn them off when the alarm is set at night with the PC based access control system.
The PC access system camera feature
With the PC based access control system, a camera can be linked up to the door or throughout the building, so you can see where everyone is and who you want to let in.
